“What’s for dessert”? Yes, that IS a question you will get on Thanksgiving. You want to be able to offer options that are not only delicious but fun to eat/drink as well. A bourbon pumpkin shooter is a delightful way to have your adults cheering with delight. Of course you could always nix the liquor to serve this to children, but why should they have all fun? These are really easy to make and doesn’t require any preparation before hand. One less thing to take care of. I think you like that idea just as much as I do. The mini shooter glasses I got from Pier1.

Recipe type: Spiked Milkshake Shooter
Serves: 6-8 servings
Ingredients
- 1½ cups of pumpkin ice cream
- 2 tbsp American Honey Bourbon
- 2 tbsp Vodka
- Cinnamon or nutmeg for garnish
- Chocolate and Caramel syrups for garnish
- Whip cream for garnish
Instructions
- In blender blend ice cream, bourbon and vodka together
- As a garnish, pour the chocolate and caramel syrups along the inside of the shooter glasses being careful not to use to much. Pour slowly
- Pour in your spiked milkshake
- Garnish with whip cream and cinnamon or nutmeg
