Fall is here! Well officially it arrives on the 22nd in a few days, but it surely has been feeling that way here in New England already! It’s my favorite season. Corduroy fabric is so classic and is synonymous with cooler weather and living a New England lifestyle. Corduroy has come a long way from the silhouettes of clothes to the color of the fabric.
Either way, corduroy is very much on trend for Fall 2018. It’s the kind of fabric you can wear not only to work with some heels, but also with pants or a jacket layered for weekend travel or apple picking with the kids. What I love most about corduroy is the feel. Not only is it soft to touch but it’s literally that perfect fabric that’s not to thick and not to thin for Fall. If you don’t have any pieces, you should surely consider adding them to your fall wardrobe.
