Valentine’s Day is fast approaching, and I’ll be sharing V-Day inspiration this week on Instagram and here on the blog. Up first I’m sharing how I repurposed many things around the home to add a little “love” around the house incorporating mostly things I already had around the house.
I had these rustic frames sitting around the house as well as this heart themed scrapbook piece of paper and these doilies and glitter heart I picked up from last year. I simply layered the pieces with glue dots and put them in the frame. Super easy, fast and cute.
The red pillow is actually one I used for Christmas that I had picked up from Target. I just flipped it around to use the back since it was red. The candles I already had in the house already and they just added a nice pop of red. New are the Valentine’s Day banner I picked up in the $1 spot at Target. Also from Target is the heart shaped table runner. I usually have some throws on the ladder but the table runner made a lovely little accent for this simple vignette.
