Who doesn’t like a good taco? Tacos are the reason we celebrate Tuesday’s, am I right? Tacos are one of those lunch/dinner ideas (on Tuesdays or not) that are simple to make, quick to prepare and you have most things in your home already minus one or two items. I whipped these fish tacos up one day after thinking about the fact that most fish tacos I’ve tried, the fish was fried for some ungodly reason. So I tested baking the fish and guess what … delish. Simply bake some cod fish at 425 degrees for 10 mins. Thats it’s its a healthier alternative to fried fish and just as tasty.
When creating a taco, many people think of the basics, meat, lettuce, cheese, sour cream shell, right? So why not mix it up a little. Spice up your tacos and get creative in the kitchen by trying new proteins and toppings.
Chicken, fish, shrimp, ground turkey, beef, steak, pull pork, etc.
Beans, guac, salsa- not just regular salsa, but pineapple salsa
OTHER UNIQUE TOPPINGS TO TRY:
Hot Sauce | Peperoncino Peppers | Olives | Various Rices | Corn | Chili | Jalapeños | Cole Slaw |Bacon | Fried plantains
