My Office Reveal – So Far

Hi Loves, I can’t believe it’s almost the middle of February…ummmm like where is 2017 going? It’s been a while since I’ve blogged. I really wanted to feel the “zest” for blogging after the new year. It was a crazy and hectic end to 2016 so I need to unwind and reenergize. I’ve done that so here I am.  I was going to share this office post a few weeks ago, but if you follow me on Instagram, you may have known that there was a problem with servers on go daddy, so I couldn’t post. Well alas, I’m back to blogging and today I’m sharing my office reveal.

I’m still not completely happy with it so far as I feel it needs a bit more of me, touches of femininity and girlies. Right now, it has more of a rust industrial feel to it and that needs to be softened. So stay tuned for yet another office reveal. For now, here is my office as it currently  stands decorated so far.

The desk I got from World Market about a year and a half ago and you can find it HERE. I love the size of it, the pull out draw and the pull out tray on the side. The office letters I found while on a shopping trip to Michaels. They didn’t have an E in white but I think the gray letter looks pretty cool standing out in the word. The washable rug you can find linked in this blog post.

The clock I got from Raymour and Flanigan. I loved the size of it and the rope accent added a pretty yet rustic detail to the overall piece. The knob isn’t at all hard to install, it’s rather easy and comes with the 2 screws to install it. Find the clock HERE.

Like how cute are these round shelves! Don’t you just love them. I thought they were ideal for helping to keep my office and craft supplies accessible as storage is a little bit of an issue in my office. Truthfully thought, between me and you … I think that storage problem would be fixed if I would just organized the bottom of the hutch lol. You know those to do list things you have to do but you avoid them for as long as you can … yeah that’s me and organizing my hutch. I liked that the shelves came in a set and that all the shelves weren’t the same size. You can find the set of shelves HERE

My hutch, which I’ve had for a few years now, and was painted with chalk paint, currently holds books, craft and DIY supplies. It’s easy to see everything which is why it’s in my office. It totally needs a little rehabbing but it’s been doing a good job of keeping my mess organized.

I hope you all enjoyed this little tour and I look forward to sharing more with you all.
